My Recent Project

This display contains one of the three dashboard pages I've built on E-commerce KPI Analysis. I posed some business questions on the Order dataset to help a global skincare and beauty e-store access sales volumes and profitability across various product groups and markets. The report focuses on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as achieving an average annual profit margin of 15% for all product groups, 20% annual overall sales growth (with a 30% target for the corporate segment), and at least $400K in annual sales per market.

Insight Summary: Here’s a summary based on the provided dashboard: "The dashboard provides a comprehensive overview of sales performance, highlighting key insights across markets, segments, and product categories. Total sales have reached $6.52M, with a 50.70% year-over-year sales growth, significantly exceeding targets. The corporate sales segment shows strong growth of 50.83%, while profitability remains stable with an average profit margin of 16.35%. The analysis of sales by market reveals that Asia leads in total sales, with consistent performance across other regions. Additionally, the top 5 sales by country show strong contributions, while bottom-performing countries provide growth opportunities. The dashboard also highlights the product categories with the highest order values and top-performing products by quantity sold.
